Whether you are wanting to keep a small intimate wedding or looking for a big celebration, Bullcity Blossom would love to support you through it. We have packages that allow you decide how much or how little you need us.

Wedding Coordination Packages

Standard Package- 1 month out

This option is great for those that know what they want and have the ability to design their event, but just need that "parent" or "best friend" to help them carry it out. But those people are also celebrating with you! We can provide the support to see the final details through.

  • Initial meet and greet
  • Pre-wedding meeting to review plans.
  • 2 Hours of pre-wedding coordination
  • 5 hours of wedding coordination
  • 1 hour of support on clean up.

Comprehensive Package- 3 month out

This option includes a more tailored support in designing and executing your event. While you receive all the same things as standard, but you will receive more support leading up to the wedding.

  • Venue site visit & help planning out ceremony, cocktail hour, reception locations. 
  • Assist in building an event timeline
  • Direct a rehearsal prior to
  • Check-in with vendors one week prior to.
  • 4 hours of pre-wedding setup
  • 6 hours of wedding coordination
  • Lead the cleanup effort in accordance with venue requirements

Additional Services

We are often happy to take on other tasks for our couples. We know that you have lots going on and planning a dessert bar or mailing out invitations is just not feasible. Here are a few of the add-ons but we are often able to take on others. 

  • Small scale catering- Desserts, snacks, coffee bars, etc.
  • Invitation mailings
  • Welcome packet assembly and delivery
  • Budget planning

Floral Design Packages

Full Floral Design Package

We design your florals for your wedding within your style, budget, color, or any other perimeters. 

We prioritize working with the local floral farmers in the area. They provide us with the highest quality of flowers, which allows us to provide the most budget friendly option to you.

Floral Designs entails:

    • meeting up to 3 times,
    • design florals for the wedding couple and any other wedding attendants,
    • centerpieces, arbors, aisle décor, hair pieces, cake florals, floral crowns, etc.
    • Delivery and setup of florals at the venue day of the event.

Additional Services

We are happy to produce any wedding floral items, even if you just need one item. In addition, we have these additional services available. If you are looking for something not listed here, reach out, we will let you know if we can accommodate.

  • Floral workshop- Want to build your own centerpieces? but not sure how make them look stunning. We can host you for a class, bring your best friends and have a day out (or night in!) while arranging florals.
